The solution is as follows:
Separate the motor and the pump body to confirm that the motor is not stuck and running normally. Before the pump is disassembled, pay attention to the fact that each pipeline valve has been closed. Disassemble the vacuum pump to check whether the oil passage is normal. Check if the rotary vane is damaged and the rotor is damaged. Replace the new rotary vane. The pump chamber and the rotor can be used without damage. When installing the pump, pay attention to the installation of the seal.
