as we known vacuum packing can extend the shelft life of food. but how long?
Generally speaking, it's 2-5times longer than a standard cold chamber storage.
we did a testing for different food, please see results as below.
Fish: natural duration is 3 days. vacuum refrigerated 12days.
meat: natural duration is 3 days. vacuum refrigerated 15 days.
Ham:natural duration is 5 days. vacuum refrigerated 30 days.
vegetables:natural duration is 7 days. vacuum refrigerated 25 days.
cooked dishes:natural duration is 3 days. vacuum refrigerated 15 days.
